Yarabin is a completely renovated, spacious family home situated on the oceanside of Merinda Crescent, offering exceptional views over the Coral Sea. It is the perfect location for connecting with nature, taking advantage of its spectacular setting. The space Yarabin sleeps 12 people. It is set over two separate levels connected by an external staircase. It features multiple areas to enjoy with large families or groups of friends. Both levels offer indoor and outdoor dining settings, air-conditioned bedrooms, well-appointed kitchens and beautiful bathrooms. No expense has been spared in this beautifully presented house, with top quality appliances, fixtures and fittings, and beautiful furniture throughout. The top level sleeps 6 people. It features an open plan and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a living and dining room, a family bathroom, and three air-conditioned bedrooms (twin, queen and master). The light-filled master bedroom has its own entrance from the deck and features an ensuite toilet and a private balcony looking out to the ocean. This level opens up to a large, covered balcony ideal for alfresco dining, and an additional covered deck/entertaining area where you can relax while reading a book, or chill with a glass of wine. This is where you will be able to spot whales during migrating season and admire the expansive ocean views and the surrounding nature, with kangaroos and kookaburra as regular visitors. The ground floor is a fully self-contained and air-conditioned unit which sleeps 6 people. Is beautifully decorated and presented in the same manner as upstairs, boasting an open plan kitchen, a cosy dining and living room, a spacious and modern bathroom which has been tastefully renovated in September 2023, a queen master bedroom, a double fold out sofa bed, and a detached twin bedroom with its own private deck (please note that there is no ensuite in this room - guests can use the unit’s main bathroom which is a few steps away). Outside is a large entertainment area with partial ocean views and a lovely garden with a fire pit area surrounded by seating benches. Each unit has a separate laundry - one located in the lower unit's kitchen and the other located downstairs at the back of the house with separate access. Yarabin is a short walk from the bus stop and very close to Home Beach (access next to Adder Rock camping) and Flinders Beach.
