The unit is newly remodeled and furnished with lavish linens, cozy textures, and a touch of Texas. Walk one block to beautiful Chandor Gardens, or maybe to the historic downtown square where all of your hometown antique shopping awaits. Did we mention the local cuisine? The Little Texas Peach boasts a historic feel mixed with new-age design in this 1940s build complex. The space The Little Texas Peach is a little slice of Heaven. The cozy living room has a love seat and two chairs to have quality visitation space. Next is a formal dining area with a large table and 4 chairs. An expansive kitchen is next, complete with a full-size refrigerator, electric oven/stove, microwave, Keurig, and is stocked with plates, cups, bowls, and cooking pots/pans. The large yet cozy bedroom has a plush queen bed. There is a rollaway twin bed option, as well as pack and play for those with children. Please request these ahead of time and we are more than happy to accommodate. There is a large closet and dresser to house all of your belongings during your stay. Let's not forget the bathroom with its lush towels and beautiful tile tub/shower combo. Location, Location, Location! The home is located one block from beautiful Chandor Gardens, and 3 blocks from Cherry Park, which includes a swimming pool in the summer months, a playground, and a lot of green space and walking trails. Alternatively, the historic downtown square of Weatherford is just a 15-minute walk and is a must-see. No chain restaurants here! You'll find local boutiques, eateries, and antique shops. Guest access The property has ample street parking in a very quiet neighborhood. Other things to note The home is on the end of a 3-unit triplex, so although it is very private, you might encounter the other full-time tenants in passing. This home is ideal for 2 adults and up to 2 children. We have a rollaway twin bed and a pack and play that can be provided upon request. Keep an eye out for the neighborhood ducks and chickens that wander about. They love goldfish as a snack if you happen to see them.
