The space Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with lots of charm. The home sits on .6 acres and neighboring homes are on .5 to full acre lots. Spacious living room and well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops. Additional sleeping space on the fold down sofa in the living room (no sleeping on the regular sofa, please). On advanced notice the the fold down sleeper will be prepared with a memory foam topper to make it more comfortable. Sheets and blankets will be added. In the master bedroom, there is a 40-inch TV and access to the back patio. Master bathroom has a hair dryer, and both bathrooms have liquid bath soap and shampoo. Two additional guest rooms have ample space with queen size beds. Next to that bathroom is the laundry room with a washer and dryer, detergent as well as an iron, ironing board, drying rack, step stool, broom and mop and vacuum cleaner. Guests are not required to wash the bedding or towels that is all included in the cleaning price. I ask not to strip the beds as well. The living room has a 55-inch TV with Roko streaming and all-new furniture, including two couches and two recliners with built-in massaging capabilities. In the kitchen, there is a bar island with two upholstered stools with additional back pillows making this space comfortable for those working remotely. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the accessories most travelers will need such as toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, crock pot, etc. Bring your own favorite coffee (sweetener and powdered creamer provided). Full appliances and the refrigerator has an ice maker. Under the sink are trash bags for the kitchen trash can and larger ones for the patio trash can. Under the sink is also dishwasher detergent and liquid dish soap. The dining table has drawers at each seat where you will find napkins for each person sitting at the table. The French doors open up to the spacious patio to view the backyard and nature with plenty of birds. House equipped with reliable WIFI. Attractions to see and places to enjoy? Here are a few, Cummins Falls State Park, Tennessee Legend Distillery, Dogwood Park, Red silo Brewing, Cookeville Depot Museum, Cookeville Antique Mall, Hidden Hollow Park, Hix Farm Brewery, Cookeville History Museum, Cookeville Doll Depot, Highway 111 Flea Market and plenty of wonderful places to eat. Guest access The whole house is accessed by the guests except one locked closet for the cleaning person's supplies. Other things to note I ask that the luggage is not sat on the beds I have small tables and luggage racks in each bedroom to place your luggage on. Also before using the beds remove the decorative comforters and matching pillows and place in the closets. If you find you want to use the pillows for extra ones please remove the pillow shams first. Doing this insures they stay clean and sanitary. The new mattress sets are incased in protectors and for your added comfort has memory foam toppers. There are extra blankets in the closets. Inside the house there is no form of smoking and if a guest has to smoke a cigarette then do it at least on the back patio 5 feet away from the house with no open doors or windows. Butts need to be placed inside a glass or metal beverage container and disposed of in the patio trash can on your departure (no hot cigarettes loose in trash can). I do allow dogs for a $100 fee per dog and if you are staying only one night I can reduce the fee. At all times the dogs are not to get on the furniture or beds. No pups that may chew on the furniture. Damage will be an extra fee. All dogs need to be flea and tick free and house trained. All dog poop needs to be picked up off the ground. I have poop bags under the kitchen sink. If your dog has an accident on the floor please clean it up and if on one of the rugs use the Folex spray that is located under the kitchen sink. Read the instructions on the bottle and you can find white cleaning cloths in the kitchen drawer to the left of the stove. I may seem OCD on a few things, however, I asked guests of the two CA beach houses for the last 10 years to do the same things and they have a 5 star experience and many of them reserve the houses again for their next vacation.
