Our family loved the warm summers in Villa Pole, all of the family together, preparing lunches and diners, swimming, reading, making campfires. Exploring new beaches by bike, challenging one another in (table) tennis... we spend lovely times there! The space Villa Pole is a familyhouse next to the borders of Lake Balaton in warm and sunny Hungary. We built it as a family holiday home (175 sqmtrs), 3 x 2 pers and 1 x 4 pers bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, (all bedrooms are airconditioned) extra toilet, well equiped kitchen, nice garden, only 80 mtrs from beautiful lake Balaton, personal bikes, ping-pong, 1 ,2 km from centre small town with all kinds of stores, 18 holes golfcourt, several restaurants within reach. The house is allmost at the end of a dead-end street, de beach is only 80 mtrs from the house, the beach is a lawn. There is a 200 km biking-path around the lake. To go to the golfcourt you take a small ferry and cross the lake to the other side, then up the hill and there is a beautiful 18 holes golfcourt that looks over the lake. There are several good restaurants within reach, for example a restaurant built on top of a hill with breathtaking views over the lake and there is a top quality restaurant in a castle on 13 km. The house is 120 km from international airport in Budapest. The national motorway stops at 10 km form the house. A daytrip to see the highlights of capital Budapest is very populair amoung our guests. There are beautiful small provincional towns to visit, like Kapostvar, Heviz and Szekesfehervar. A visit to one of the hot-water springs in the neighbourhood is a must. Guest access Villa Pole is exclusively for you. Other things to note The Balatonlake is 120 meters from the villa, the water in the lake is cooling in summer, even in spring and warm in autumn. Because the first part is shallow, so very good for swimming with children. Pets are not allowed in the water in high season.
