Keeping It Beachy

Desirable location, safe friendly neighborhood, 10/15 min drive to manhattan - hermosa, 7 min drive to Riviera Village. My place is good for local staycations, bike rides on the strand, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. 8 miles LAX, house hunting. Property is set up for 2 guests. Only approved guest can stay or come into the house. The max guest limit is 3. The 3rd guest needs to be approved before they stay. The space Each bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and in the Kitchen all appliances have been upgraded. Private gated in patio. Patio cushions are in the bedroom closet, Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, if there is something you need within reason. I will try and accomidate. Bathroom includes Shampoo, conditioner, blowdryer, plenty of white towels and beach towels 2 beach chairs Guest access Access the private yard connected to unit. Both front and back sides of House will have a locked gate. Not accessible. Other things to note While our primary focus is ensuring our guests have a wonderful stay, we also hold a deep commitment to the safety and well-being of our neighbors and the entire community. If you arrive at the house after 10 pm, please be extra observant and considerate. Please be mindful of neighbors. No loud conversations inside or outside Please do not leave the air or heater on when you leave the house. Do not set the thermostat below 70. The house will not cool faster if you set it lower.
