Spend time at our "Home Away From Home." This gorgeous ranch home; decorated for the Christmas holiday, is near the village of Fayetteville. It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, hardwoods, and a larger fenced backyard. It is very close to everything and in the great eastern suburbs. We enjoy helping those visiting the Syracuse area. Remember, this is a Non-smoking property, in or out. Please ask about Pets before booking by MESSAGING us first before booking! The space We love helping guests/families visit the Syracuse area and offering a place to feel at home. This home offers everything you would need for your stay. It is a 3-bedroom 1.5 bath home that has a fully finished basement. About 1/3 an acre fenced-in yard, large 1 car garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and just about everything you would need. All you need to do is make a trip to the grocery store. The pictures speak for themselves and are indicative of what you will find although we may change the linens and such and are always adding new things to make stays even better. This house may be on a commuter busy two-lane road (35mph) during work commutes(yes some traffic noise). Rileys Place is located in a great area that is convenient to get to downtown Syracuse, about 12 minutes. It offers the best of the suburbs and is only 1.5 miles north of Fayetteville village. The Fayetteville-Manlius-Minoa area is great to be around. It’s safe and easy to drive. Fayetteville is a quaint village with everything you need during your stay. Its shopping plaza has Target, Tops Groceries, LLBean, Kohls, and YMCA. Also the many restaurants like our favorite Carraba’s Italian Restaurant and Bone Fish Grill, Pizzeria Uno, Panera Bread, and Starbucks. You will also find Papa Gallo Mexican restaurant and iconic Arad Evans Inn and the newly opened and very nice Craftsman (Stickley) Woode Grill & Tap House. Oh, let us not forget, the much talked about Wegmans Grocery superstore is about 3 miles away. We’ll leave you information on these places and our favorites upon your checking in. Guest access We will have keypad locks at the side door. Code will be emailed to you. I'll likely text you after you arrive to check that everything looks good and to your satisfaction. Other things to note ID REQUIREMENT: A State-Issued ID must be sent through the inbox upon request and within 24 hours; otherwise, the reservation will be rejected. -There is NO CABLE TV, just over-the-air channels and smart TV with apps; honestly, I don't think you'll miss much. Let me know privately if that's an issue for you so I can consider it in the future. -There is NO phone at this property as most have cell phones.
