Modern style Cape Cod remodeled ranch is located 2 mins from Neshotah Beach, 8 mins drive to Point Beach State Forest, 60 mins coastal drive to Door county. Private back yard deck, 2.5 car vaulted ceiling garage with party patio. Includes 1 person sauna and 2 bikes! 🚲 🚲 An easy walk to the beach or grocery store. Our home is 40 minutes from Lambeau Field, home to the Green Bay Packers. 90 minutes from Milwaukee. The space When you walk through the front door you’ll be entering into the living room. Living room has a 50 inch flat screen smart TV. Big couch, games and books to enjoy! Straight through will bring you to the dining room - large table- seats 6! The kitchen leads right out to the party patio or door to the laundry in the basement. The kitchen is small but decked out with stainless appliances. The whole home has been newly renovated and now has a fresh modern feel to it. 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom. 2 bedrooms have 12 inch memory foam queen beds. The master bedroom has a private deck door with built in door shades. The third bedroom has a day bed that converts into 2 twins. 8 inch memory foam. Also with a private deck door! The bathroom has a beautifully tiled stand up shower. With rock insets that looks like Lake Michigan stones! This bathroom also has a private deck door entrance making it easy to rejoin the party outside! Yard games and exercise equipment are located in the garage. The garage is a brand new addition so is in incredible condition. Not a dirty dusty garage but rather an exercise room with big French doors that open to the party patio! Perfect for packer games, charter trips, wedding parties, birthday, reunions etc! Laundry is down in the basement and laundry detergent is supplied! 864 Sq ft but the big outdoor patio space, fire pit and garage make it the perfect home away from home to spread out.
