The space This beautifully landscaped, family friendly property offers a well lit keyless private entry basement suite. Inside this newer spacious home, you will find two fully equipped suites that adjoin through the laundry room with both doors locking doors. One suite is a two bedroom suite and the second suite is a studio suite. The two bedroom suite, sleeps 6 people and the studio suite sleeps four people. Both suites have full kitchens with all the modern day appliances including a coffee maker, and toaster. Cook your own meals with the range or the BBQ and enjoy the quick clean up with the convenience of a dishwasher in the two bedroom suite. The two bedroom suite features two very spacious bedrooms furnished with 1 king and 2 queen beds in one suite and the second suite offers a studio setting with a queen size bed and a pull out queen size sofa sleeper. All necessary linens and pillows provided. The large bathroom features a relaxing jacuzzi tub and is stocked with all bathroom and pool towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The second washroom, features a large shower and and lots of style. The large living room has plenty of seating space and a large 50” TV, where you can enjoy a movie night with the complimentary Netflix and high speed Wifi. The extra large windows give stunning views of the uninhabited forest and in ground heated salt water pool. The pool area is equipped with child-proof fencing and a child-proof gate and is furnished with plenty of loungers and chairs for everyone. Before hopping into the warm pool, enjoy a nice outdoor poolside shower. Just before you climb into the cozy beds, be sure to enjoy relaxing from your day with the poolside propane fire pit. Our house is located adjacent to a gated community. No pool access after 9:00pm and no disruptive noises past 10pm (as per West Kelowna by-law). The neighboring community will not tolerate noise past this hour. Modern safety features include: carbon monoxide and Hepa air changer and cool/heat controls. (Please note, the back yard and pool are shared amongst the entire house and the laundry and BBQ are shared amongst the two rental suites). Ironing board/ iron included. Street parking. Pool available from mid May - September. It’s possible it may be open outside of these months, please verify with us to confirm. Pool also may need to close for maintenance and is not always available. Guest access The two walkout suites, the laundry room, backyard and pool.
