This old farmhouse is located in the heart of the largest sites of Quercy Occitan (Saint Antonin Noble Val, Bruniquel, Laguépie, Cordes, the Lot Valley and the Aveyron Gorges...) . Outdoor activities are at hand (walks, hikes, canoeing, climbing, caving...), as well as all services, less than 5 minutes away (Caussade). For cool moments: a nautical center 3 km away, swimming in Aveyron 10 km away, Lac de Parisot... The space A beautiful fireplace in a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2x11m² with beds 140 + 20m² with bed 160), a living room in stone of the country, a covered terrace and 2000m² of garden with trees and closed (pet accepted). The main house has been completely renovated for the greatest comfort of vacationers. Indoor or outdoor, the property is warm and full of charm. Wifi and fiber. Closed courtyard, enclosed garden.
