Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space in the small tranquil village of Njivice! With beautiful view over the bay and the mountains. The house is just 150 m away from the sea, you can walk down to the bathing docs in just 3-4 minutes. There is also a hotel beach and pool 5-6 minutes walk away! To get to the twin cities of Igalo and Herceg Novi takes about 10-20 minutes by a local bus which is running 4-5 times a day! The space The rooftop apartment has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a large terrace (70m2) with outdoor kitchen and BBQ area just next to it. Dining are, and some sun chairs. Suited for a group of 4 people. Guest access The parking is right to the entrance gate, for an additional charge of 3 € / day! Other things to note In the village there is a mini market for basic necessities. Two large super markets are some kilometres away. The Iberostar hotel in the village has a beach bar (lunch) and a restaurant, they let in guests from outside for a buffet in the restaurant and the beach/pool at extra charge.
