My small family spent the last 8 years renovating our home with stainless steel appliances, two remodeled bathrooms, fenced in back yard, jacuzzi, and local art! While you're here, try stand up paddle boarding, running races every month, 17 local breweries, live music, and Mt. Baker. We have epic mountain bike trails, views of the islands, and farmer's markets... but I like it best for all the scenic running trails! Welcome Home! Both bedrooms upstairs have large closets with newly remodeled bathroom! Downstairs has a large suite with walk in shower, jacuzzi tub for two, and walk in closet. We've stocked the cupboards with lots of games to keep you entertained while you visit! Large private driveway. Sunnyland is a small neighborhood next to St. Joseph hospital, a short bike ride away from downtown and filled with jogging trails, parks, and a small town community that makes you feel like home. Classic cruiser bike available to explore the neighborhood and local breweries. Security cameras at the entrances. Pet Fee $150/animal. No smoking in home, on deck or on property.
