Entire townhouse - 3 floor, 3 bedroom, 1 & 3/4 bath townhouse in a private community nestled in the White Mountains minutes, to Loon Mountain and Lincoln Center. Walk to quaint downtown N. Woodstock for dinner, drinks, coffee, ice cream, local shopping and river access. Access to snowmobile, hiking, biking trails and onsite tennis courts. This area is a peaceful escape for outdoor and family activity all four seasons. In the evening, enjoy choosing from numerous restaurants or cozy up at home. The space You'll arrive to a private, quiet townhouse community with parking in front of the townhouse and in overflow across the street. In the winter season, snow is cleared for you. Enter the condo to a mudroom room and into a spacious open concept family room & kitchen area with all cooking needs, a washer & dryer and gas fireplace. The first floor has a bathroom and shower. On the second floor is a main bedroom with a queen size bed, desk, direct access to the second floor, full bathroom and a second bedroom with a full size bed and futon. On the third floor is a large loft with four twin beds (one set of bunk beds). Guest access We have one parking spot directly in front of the townhouse. Less than 300 feet away, is plenty of overflow parking. There's also access to walking and snowmobile trails. Walk to downtown N. Woodstock for a morning coffee, lunch or for dinner in the evening. Other things to note For the winter months, there are plenty of hooks in the entranceway and cubbies in the mudroom area for ski equipment and ski jackets. We have a Keurig coffeemaker and Brita water filter for your convenience, washer & dryer, gas grille on the deck that can be used all year round. The internet is strong if you need to work and the television includes cable. If you have Netflix and Amazon, you can access your account for movie.
