Our villa is decorated on the Bali theme, with Balinese and wood furniture, surrounded by lush greenery, overlooking the Indian Ocean, and the evening sunset. It has an atypical outdoor bathroom, 1 piano, 1 climbing wall, 1 children's area (table and low furniture), 1 large teak kitchen, 1 outdoor kitchen with electric barbecue, 2 fridges. To relax under the varangue: Balinese bed and hammock. Salt pool and HOT TUB. The space THE HOUSE: The ground floor is composed of a large living room (kitchen/living room) communicating with a large wooden veranda. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs (attic, very bright) is divided into 2 parts: - a large bedroom, equipped with a bed 160cm - a relaxation area, equipped with an HD overhead projector, sofa and library (perfect for rainy days). Bedding is new and quality. In the garden there is a wooden bungalow of about 12m² with a four-poster bed in 160cm and shelves. There is reversible air conditioning in all rooms except the bungalow (fan). The indoor bathroom is equipped with space heater, useful in July/August. POOL: It is a salt pool 3x5.5m and 1.30 m deep. It is heated to 28°c in winter (from May to September) and equipped with an electric safety shutter. A sheltered and wooden relaxation area, next to the pool, facing the ocean, perfect for aperitifs facing the sunset! KITCHENS: The indoor kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 3 gas fires, coffee machine/capuccino (with bean grinder) and kettle. The outdoor kitchen has an oven, 2 fires, 1 fridge and an electric barbecue. BATHROOMS: The indoor bathroom has a sliding glass window overlooking the lingerie decorated with a beautiful door from Bali, and allowing access to the outdoor bathroom (also accessible from the garden). Important: In southern winter, it is about 25°c during the day and 15°c in the evening. The outdoor shower has hot water. WC: 2 WC: one indoors and one outdoors. LINENS: Linens are provided.
