They’re stored outside — please rinse and return after use. Life jackets provided. 3) Security Cameras: Three outdoor cameras monitor the front parking, patio, and dock for safety (none face the hot tub). 4) Firewood: Not provided — available at nearby gas stations and grocery stores. 5) Noise & Neighbors: Please respect our neighbors. No loud noise at any time. This is a quiet residential area — fines apply for disturbances. 6) Guest Manual: Printed copies are provided at the property. For the most up-to-date info, use the online link shared at booking. 7) Early Check-In: Guaranteed 2:00 PM early check-in available for $99 (subject to availability for free early check-in). 8) Propane: Propane for the outdoor heater is not included. If empty, please refill at a nearby gas station. 9) Speakers: Large external speakers are not allowed.
