Don't hesitate, it's perfect for your vacation. The space The Pool & Beach villa in Moorea is Polynesian in style. With a living area of 150 m2, it is composed of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The open kitchen overlooks a living room with an impressive view and a 100 m2 terrace in Kohu (local wood). Settle on this terrace, you will dominate in a magical row, the swimming pool and the sandy beach. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a huge asset. You will also be 15 minutes from the ferry dock and 10 minutes from Moorea Airport. From this villa you can easily discover the whole of Moorea. Or simply enjoy the absolute charm of our property, its exotic furniture, sunbathing, peace and quiet. That's what has attracted many "people" in recent years! A book was even written there... Further details about the Pool & Beach villa: It is located in the Maharepa area and can accommodate up to 8 people sleeping. It totals 150 m2 + 100 m2 of terrace. On the ground floor: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with king size bed and private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet = one of the showers is outdoors!) Upstairs a mezzanine; equipped with an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 queen size beds, and a bathroom with toilet and sink. (Please note that access to the mezzanine is difficult due to the design of the staircase, it is advisable not to let children under 6 years old, or the elderly sleep there alone. The main room consists of a very functional and superbly equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, GAS barbecue, all overlooking the terrace equipped with sunbathing and an outdoor living room as well as a beautiful infinity pool... and further away the white sand beach and the lagoon!!! Guest access You have access to the whole place. Other things to note MAINTENANCE Please be aware that we are doing everything possible to keep our tenants safe by cleaning and disinfecting the accommodation and all frequently touched surfaces before your arrival. Our team takes extra precautions to make our tenants more at ease upon arrival. Our maintenance team protects itself with gloves and masks while cleaning the accommodation. - All rooms in the accommodation are aired for several hours between rentals. -We use a high temperature dry steam machine (120 degrees) specially designed to disinfect all surfaces and purify the air, it is also fungicidal and bactericidal. - Carpets, pillows, mattresses and curtains will also be disinfected with this steam machine between each rental. - Bed and bath linen is washed at high temperature. - Cleaning equipment is thoroughly washed after each use. - We provide our tenants with hand soaps.
