Welcome to Akab Loft in Playacar Phase 2, a modern and comfortable space surrounded by nature. Located on the first floor, this loft offers easy access to the gardens and two beautiful swimming pools, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Playa del Carmen. Playacar is a very exclusive and tranquil residential area with abundant green spaces and jungle, a golf course, more than 20 resorts, beaches, archaeological ruins, and a wide variety of restaurants. Guest access There are two outdoor pools with chaise lounges (one of the pools with bath and bar), green areas throughout the property and parking space for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. There is a free shuttle service via golf carts, which can take you anywhere within the residential PLAYACAR. It runs from 7am to 5pm. (last hour to ask for a pick up is at 4:30pm, as chofer needs obligatory to leave the golf kart in the builing at 5 pm / please organize your pick up with enough time) Other things to note -We deliver the house perfectly clean and not any other cleaning service is included; anyway if you want, we can arrange it for you at 25 USD /500 pesos per cleaning. - In case there are stains that can not be removed from the upholstery with a normal cleaning, this should be paid by the client, as professional staff must be hired to clean the upholstery - Early check-in y check-out subjected to availability and an extra charge of 25 USD. - Follow the rules of the house, the condominium as well as any instruction from security staff. - Respect silent time (23:00 - 07:00) - Turn off all air-con upon leaving the house. - Do not set air-con temperature lower than 20º and keep windows and doors closed to save electricity and not to force air con systems to "overwork" what produces serious and expensives fixtures. -Last hour to ask for pick up by golf kart chofer is at 630pm. IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Be aware that, only confirmed number of guests will be allowed to enter the property. In case of more guests appear upon check-in as well as if extra guests are detected at the property, we keep the right of deny access to the property and/or expel guests from the property without any refund. -We decline all responsability for any kind of injuries, accidents, damages, theft or any other event the guests and/or their properties experience inside and/or outside the property during their stay. we strongly recommend to our guests to take an insurance to be covered from these risks.
