With a kitchen addition in 1963, this house has kept its integrity of the original build with an updated beach vibe paint job plus a couple of bathrooms. Bolt Up⚡️! It’s the full Main Street experience with Historical Downtown Louisville at your doorstep. The friendly front porch and unique backyard feature an all-ages space for your stay. Our old man’s favorite spot at our property was his front porch with chairs so he could enjoy the scene of Main Street and all that was happening on any given night. Inside this warm home is a front bedroom with its own bathroom. Living and dining rooms on the south side of the house with a half-bathroom entry. The second bedroom’s entry from the dining room has a bunk bed and a bathroom that connects to the laundry room and kitchen. This bathroom which use to be the spot of the kitchen table is what I like to call the “Harry Potter Bathroom” because it is a tight squeeze for us plus sized folks. The full kitchen features a vintage stove and is an enjoyable cooking area. From the laundry area/mudroom you go downstairs which leads through a hallway to the third bedroom and an entrance to the tv lounge. Watch your head on the stairs and hallway this was built for smaller coal miners(under six foot). The property is fully fenced in for your children or dogs to run around and have a fun place to play. The backyard features a full playground with a swing set and playhouse. A garden, fire pit, and patio with a grilling area. Great spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a relaxing nighttime drink or two to melt the day away. There is on-street parking in front of the property on Main Street and in back on Roosevelt Avenue. The on-site parking is a space on gravel in the back of the property accessed via Roosevelt Ave. The entire property is for you to enjoy all to yourself. Being on Main Street, you are in the heartbeat of Downtown. Three properties north is your first tap-house then comes coffee, bread, shaved ice, local shops, an underground arcade and restaurants in abundance. Depending on the season there is always something going on from live music to art shows. Three beautiful parks are with in a half mile along with access to Coal Creek Trial. Conveniently located only 10 miles from Pearl Street Mall in Boulder and 20 miles from 16th Street Mall in Denver. If you are into mountain sports the first ski resort is within an hour drive. For rock climbing a drive to the mountains is 20 minutes away. One of the best music venues in the nation is only 30miles south at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. For sporting events, Folsom Field in Boulder is a 16 minute drive and Ball Arena in Denver is a 25 minute drive. Denver International Airport is 30 minutes away via toll road. If you are staying in the Downtown Louisville area, walking or biking is best. The local transportation(RTD) is great and gets you to Boulder and Denver without a headache. Your own vehicle is best if exploring the mountains. This is our old family house that my brother and I wanted to share where we grew up.
