Instruction to Casita/guesthouse: The Casita is on the other side of the pool, follow the drive way all the way and you will arrive in front of the guest house. There are many fruit trees around the property: lemons, pomegranate, mandarins, etc. Depending which season you come, you may enjoy these homegrown & fresh fruits. We offer complimentary 30 minutes early check ins occasionally. Early check in between 1pm-3pm is $50. Late check out after 11:30am-1pm is $50. My property manager (Parents and an 8 years old boy) lives on the far end unit of the property. They have agreed to be fully cooperative by having little to no contact with guests to ensure privacy. The manager also have no access to any guest amenities. Only shared area will be the south yard.
