The space Freshly painted inside and out this spacious 3 bedroom + office home has air conditioned open plan living areas that lead out to an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and landscaped front and rear yards. Both are fully fenced for kids and pets to play. The kitchen is near new with gas/electric range, dishwasher and caesar stone benches. There is a microwave & large pantry. The extra large primary bedroom is air conditioned with a king size bed, large ensuite with corner bath and WIR. Bed 2 has a single bed with a trundle and Bed 3 has a Queen bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Barnetts Beach House is located walking distance to a dog friendly beach with expansive parklands, bike and walking paths. There is also BBQ facilities, seating and public toilets. Free WiFi andNetflix is also available. Guest access Guests will have full access to the whole house. Other things to note There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions.
