3BR/3BA Dream Vacation Home w/Pool in Seal Beach

Our modern 3BR/3BA home has upstairs & downstairs living areas, gourmet kitchen & large patio with (gated) pool. The upstairs porch offers amazing sunsets. Large upstairs master suite w/king bed & 2 queen guest bedrooms w/attached bathroom. Full bathroom & office downstairs. Walking distance to Seal Beach's charming Main Street & beach. Two beach cruisers available to use. Quiet residential neighborhood, close to PCH, tourist attractions, Huntington Beach & Long Beach. The space Our home is modern and spacious, with an open floor plan and high ceilings downstairs. Lots of comfy places to lounge indoors & outdoors. The bedrooms all have deluxe matresses & linens, as well as ceiling fans. The weather in Seal Beach is perfect and there is always an ocean breeze to keep the house cool. There are two televisions downstairs (large one in kitchen area and smaller one in LR) and one large TV in the upstairs living area. There is a fully equipped office downstairs and a huge pantry in the kitchen area. If you are an athlete, this is the perfect spot for your vacation! We have a community lap pool and tennis courts three blocks away. Pickleball courts less than 1 mile away. Open water swimming in Los Alamitos Bay is 3 miles away. The San Gabriel River Trail, which is perfect for running & cycling, is 1/2 mile away. We are a 5 minute drive (15 minute ride) from the beautiful Huntington Beach running & cycling trail which goes all the way to Newport Beach. For mountain bikers, gravel riders and trail runners, we are a 30 minute drive from the Crystal Cove/El Moro trails. For road cyclists, there are amazing places to ride a bike around here. I am a triathlon coach so I have a plethora of Strava ride slips for places from Newport Beach to Laguna Beach, Santiago Canyon, San Clemente and Oceanside. Southern California is one of the best places in the world for year-round training. Guest access There is plenty of street parking. Please park in front of our home if possible, but not in the driveway. We have bikes available to get around town (please use the locks!) and you can walk anywhere in Seal Beach. Other things to note We allow pets on an individual decision basis. We prefer small dogs that don't shed. If you have a pet or small child staying with you, please keep the locking pool fence in place.
