The space The property is located on the beachfront, 50 m from the beach and 2 km from the city centre. The building offers an elevator and a swimming pool for adults and children (15/6-15/9, subject to modification by the building's community of neighbours), with all kinds of services in the surrounding area. Included in the price are equipment (except sheets and towels), water, gas, electricity, and cleaning on arrival and departure. The deposit is by credit or debit card only, with no cash accepted, and it is returned to the same card within a maximum of 7 days after the keys are handed over. Check-in outside normal hours is done with self-check-in via mailboxes at the reception door; guests should contact reception to receive the mailbox number and combination.
