Ask about our next-door rental! The space As you enter, you’ll find the open-concept dining & kitchen space. The stylish dining area is first, with room for six at the table. The chef's kitchen includes granite countertops, gas range, stainless steel appliances, and large kitchen island with additional seating for four. Under the staircase in the kitchen is a cozy desk area, loaded with games and books for all ages. Just past the kitchen, step down into the living room. With stylish furnishings (including sofa and loveseat), flat-screen cable TV, prop musical instruments perfect for social media photos, and access to the outdoor patio via French doors. Outside you will find a sunny space for you to relax, cook out on the grill, or enjoy drinks under the shade of the patio umbrella and pergola. The upstairs game room has an air hockey table, foosball, and full size old-school upright arcade game with Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Frogger Dig Dug, Space Invaders, and much more! House sleeps 12 guests: The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and full bed, cable TV, plus luxury ensuite bathroom with dual quartz vanity and tile, oversized walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, seat, and skylight. It also features a study nook with a desk, great for getting some remote work done. In the second bedroom, you will find two full-size beds. The third bedroom has a twin over full-size bunk bed with cable tv. Finally, the fourth bedroom is located on the main floor and has two queen beds. (There are also two rollaway beds and air mattresses available.) Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home (apart from two locked supply closets) and the fenced-in yard/patio. Other things to note Every effort is made to ensure advertised amenities are available for guest use, however, no refund will be made in the event of a malfunctioning game or other issue beyond the host’s control. Please let us know immediately of any problems so that we can attempt to resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time during your stay. (Absolutely no refund will be made under any circumstance for issues that are not brought to our attention at check-in or when the problem first occurs. We can't fix something when guests do not let us know there is a problem.) In order to provide a great place for our guests, we are required to enforce certain rules: ***Absolutely no local renters, please. Do not book my property if you reside within 150 miles of Nashville. ***Smoking is NOT allowed. Minimum $500 penalty and extra cleaning fees will be charged. ***No pets are allowed on the property at any time. ***Outdoor cameras are not allowed to be disconnected or unplugged at any time. Doing so will result in penalties and could result in cancellation of your reservation without notice and without refund. ***Accurate guestcount is required. No additional guests are allowed on the property at any time. ***No parties or gatherings are allowed (at any short-term rentals within Nashville/Davidson County). Violations will result in immediate cancellations, with penalties to the guests, and no refund may be given for unused nights. Nashville has very strict county-wide regulations for short-term/vacation rentals. No more than 4 bedrooms and no more than 12 guests are allowed.
