Parking Instructions: 1 car maximum NO smoking of any kind anywhere on property Consumption of alcohol is prohibited except inside Unit or on deck NO BBQ Grills, outdoor stoves, fires, burners allowed ANYWHERE on the property Quiet time 10pm - 8am Laundry units are coin-op and are managed by the HOA, guests must provide their owner quarters. *Fourth Thursday of EVERY month window washing, will need access to deck through unit with Guest permission.
