The villa is located 6 km from the heart of Dubrovnik & beaches, just over the border into the Herzegovina region of BOSNIA with new faster border controls introduced in December 2019. This stunning holiday home has a private pool heated in the cooler months, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi & satellite TV. It sleeps up to 6 guests. The space Every room in Villa Lule commands a view of the mountains, the valley and the sea. The accommodation on the ground floor is open plan with a comfortable lounge area, offering Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a DVD player. A fully fitted kitchen, with separate area for the laundry, opens onto the dining area that in turn opens onto the pool and terrace. The pool with heating option and terrace has sun loungers or a sofa area, a separate WC and shower for your comfort and relaxation. A BBQ and a large table enable you to enjoy alfresco dinning. There are 2 beautiful large bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms with walk in showers. Twin room has the possibility of additional beds being added. The villa is air conditioned throughout. Centrally situated in a quiet peaceful location, just 6km from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik's Old Town, 4km from the beaches and a 20 min transfer from the airport, Villa Lule offers you an ideal place for relaxing and exploring and comfortable living. Guest access NB: WE ARE LOCATED ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN , WITH NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND ARE NOT SUITABLE NON-DRIVERS OR THOSE GUESTS JUST WISHING TO PARTY. The entire villa is for you to enjoy, with large terraces and private pool (9m x 4m). Pool heating is included in the villa price in all months except July and August when it is provided at £15 per day. NB: The pool will not be filled from end of November until beginning of April, as it is not possible to heat in the winter months. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: OUR ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WISHING TO PARTY! The pool is serviced most days. All linen is included. Bedding changed on request. Bathroom and pool towels are provided but not beach towels. On request we can provide a full single pull out bed, large baby travel cot, high chair and baby car seat. We can also offer a babysitting service, if available. There is a small additional cost charge. We offer a complimentary 2 hour mini housekeeping service, once in a week. Servicing the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. We would also like ensure you that we have a high standard of cleanliness but in addition due to the Covid virus we will ensure the property will be immaculately disinfected and cleaned after the departure of each guest.
