Cute bungalow in city of Kingston. This cozy, spacious, private lower Unit is only 10 minutes away from Downtown Kingston! Authentic restaurants, Cineplex, convenience store & all other basic necessity are only at the short distance of 5 minutes drive! We live in the apartment upstairs and are happy to answer any questions but we give our guest space and privacy during their stay. Please expect some sound transfer because it’s a house. PENALTY FEES you need to know to enjoy your stay: ✍️ 🔴Only registered guests allowed on the premises due to insurance policy. 🔴Unregistered guests fee will be $50 per person per day. It’s guest responsibility to register all expected guests on guest list before their arrival or their will be unregistered guests penalty. 🔴 Indoor smoking $500 (please smoke at the designated area). 🔴 smoking weeds & gambling fine $1000 🔴 late check-out will be charged extra $25 per hour. Let us know prior if you need late check-out. 🔴early check-in will be provided if the place is ready but if you want guaranteed early check-in let us know prior and it will be provided with fee $25 per hour. 🔴 unapproved pets, and pet's fur and pee's stains cleaning etc. will be $350 per day. 🔴unapproved events or parties will be charged $500 per day and booking will be terminated immediately. 🔴any damage to the property or provided items will be charged according to applied (item) cost.
