Covid-19 Enhanced cleaning practices Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we've worked with our cleaning team to provide enhanced cleaning services, increasing the amount we pay for every cleaning (without passing that extra cost on to you). We've instructed our cleaning team to follow the CDC's guidelines - including disinfecting all major touch surfaces (door handles, appliance pulls, faucets, etc.) and use EPA approved disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2. We want you to feel safe and comfortable, while you enjoy the vacation you deserve. Guest access Our guests are able to access the entire space - including all living areas and both outdoor decks. Other things to note Sunday to Sunday June 19-September 4: 7 Nights Minimum 7 night minimum for Memorial Day (check in date flexible) and Labor Day holidays. 3 night minimum other times Clean sheets and bath towels are provided. Guests kindly bring their own beach towels. One role of paper towels and one role of toilet paper per toilet is provided.
