The apartment is located on the third floor which ensures daylight throughout the whole year. The living room is a sophisticated space, equipped with a comfortable sofa, centre-table, HD TV and dining table for 4. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine (capsules included) and all cooking utensils and dishes. Iron and ironing board also available. Wifi, of course, is also included with a router to the apartment only. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, distributed in three bedrooms: 1 exterior bedroom with balcony, 1 double bed and wardrobe. 1 interior bedroom with window, 1 single bed and wardrobe. 1 interior bedroom with window, 1 single bed and wardrobe. Our focus is on comfort, this is a space specially designed for you to enjoy your holidays be it with family or friends, or to relax during your business trip with colleagues. Other things to note It is very IMPORTANT to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbours might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit. *** Mandatory tourist tax NOT included in the price (6.88€ x Person x Night) to be paid upon check-in (only applies for the first 7 nights and to those over 16yo). *** IMPORTANT: Please note that, from 1 April 2026, the tourist tax will be €10.45 x person x night, following the new increase approved by the local government. *** ***There is a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 200€ that will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings. *** *** All guests are REQUIRED to show their IDENTIFICATION CARD (ID/Passport) upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. *** GUEST WILL RECEIVE A RENTAL AGREEMENT WHICH MUST BE SIGNED UPON ARRIVAL *** ***CHECK-INS FROM 19:00 have an extra cost of 30€ and after 00:00 an extra cost of 50€.*** Bear in mind that the apartment only features AC in the living room.
