Our home is located in a premier private neighborhood adjacent to the Park City Canyons resort. Enjoy three floors of living space, including six bedrooms and six bathrooms. It's a great place for family and friend groups or a small corporate retreat. Put on your ski gear just on our patio and descend to the Sunrise Lift, then descend to the Canyons Village to get on the high-speed quad chair or the gondola. The space Our home is one of the few mountainside, ski-in/ski-out single-family residences available for rent in the Canyons Village area of Park City. Nestled in a grove of aspens, it offers a unique combination of a tranquil setting but is just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Winter or summer, spring or fall, the Retreat at the Canyons is an exclusive, spacious choice for an executive retreat, a family vacation, or a reunion with friends. It is a 35-minute drive from the Salt Lake City Airport. IMPORTANT DETAILS: With its warm interior wood detailing, the Retreat at the Canyons combines function and luxury. Its 5500 square feet of space offers plenty of room for sharing meals, conversation, good wines, or playing pool or watching a movie in the media room. The Retreat at the Canyons can sleep 12-14 guests in its two master suites and four guest bedrooms, five of which have ensuite batthrooms (the sixth bathroom is a short walk down a hallway). The two largest bedrooms and the living room have televisions while the media room has a projection TV; all have and Direct TV access to 100+ channels, including major sports programming. Noiseless radiant heat throughout maintains perfect climate control. With its soaring two-level ceiling, the great room features a natural stone, gas fireplace and large windows facing uphill. Two separate eating areas are contiguous to the kitchen - a breakfast alcove that seats eight and a dining area with mountain views that can seat 10. The spacious gourmet kitchen features a new double-oven and dishwasher and many pans and accessories cooks will appreciate. In addition to ski-in, ski-out access (advisable for intermediate and advanced skiers), there is complimentary, on-demand app-based shuttle service (Canyons Village Connect) that services stops within the Canyons Village. Guest access Enjoy our private 8-person Jacuzzi spa, our projection TV media room, and our gourmet kitchen. We provide plenty of condiments for cooking as well as ample paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, etc). Other things to note Occupancy is limited to no more than 12 adults or a combination of 14 adults and children. (additional per night fee for guests 13 & 14).
