Minimum age: 24 This unit is light and bright and ready for you! All linens and bath towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for the cook in the family. The unit is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building (no elevator), but the ground floor is also the 1st floor, so there are only 2 flights of stairs! INCLUDES: Pre-paid daily umbrella rental from Layton's Beach Service (June 11th - August 21) Linens and towels are included with booking! Included: -Linens for each bed -Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use. -A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee. RECOMMENDATION: Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.
