MAXIMUM GUESTS: The maximum amount of overnight guests is 6 (sleeps up to 6 adults/children comfortably). Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Day guests are allowed with prior approval. NO PETS: No pets are allowed, including emotional support animals and therapy animals. If it is discovered a pet is on the property, all guests will be asked to leave the home immediately with no refund for the remainder of the reservation. Also request that any potential guest with an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) service animal please message before booking. SMOKING/NICOTINE PRODUCTS/ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES PROHIBITED: The home is a nicotine-free establishment. No cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, illegal substances, etc., are permitted on the property, indoors or outdoors. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LARGE GATHERINGS: Guests are prohibited from organizing or allowing a disruptive party or event, or large gatherings. If it is discovered there is a violation of this rule, all guests will be asked to leave the home immediately with no refund for the remainder of the reservation. QUIET HOURS: The home is located in a residential neighborhood. As a general courtesy, we ask that guests be mindful of the amount of noise they create, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. PARKING: Vehicles may be parked in two assigned parking spaces. Street parking also available. SECURITY CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES/NOISE MONITORS: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have security cameras/recording devices located on the outside of the home focused on entrances to the property, as well as the backyard . Guests should not attempt to disable or move the security cameras/recording devices. A noise monitor is also used to detect extreme noise levels.
