Each area is colorful and inviting. Experience Mazatlán in style at Casa Cascada! The space Casa Cascada is a gem of a property nestled into Ice Box hill, and overlooking the ocean and beach at Olas Altas. The house has an incredible feel from the moment you walk in the door. It is fresh, spacious, colorful and functional. This house is currently listed for sale, and as such, may be shown to prospective buyers during your stay. You would have 24 hrs. notice before any showing. The pool in the courtyard faces the ocean, and is the perfect place to chill and cool-off. Pool loungers are there for taking in the sun and relaxing as well. The kitchen and living space are adjacent to the pool. This area can be opened-up completely by sliding the glass doors open, or it can be closed and cooled with A/C in the hot summer months. The kitchen is full equipped with high-end appliances including a dishwasher and induction stove-top. The essentials for food prep and serving are also there. There is one bedroom with private ensuite on the main level of the house. A second bedroom in located downstairs, and also has large floor-to ceiling windows for natural light, and it's own ensuite with shower. The third bedroom is located on the upper level of the house, and doubles as a work-space or TV room. This bedroom also has a private ensuite with shower. Up another small set of stairs is the roof-top terrace, with acapulco style chairs and shade umbrella. This space is amazing as the breeze flows freely, and the views of the ocean area incredible! Casa Cascada does not dissappoint, and we cannot wait for you to experience Mazatlan from this special spot. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, pool and roof-top deck. Other things to note It is important to note that the house is set on the side of a hill. You will need to walk up this hill to get to the house. There are also stairs in the house. The house is currently listed for sale. It is possible that it will need to be shown during your stay. You would be given at minimum, one day's notice.
