Quite, secluded home in the country

Located on 64 acres of farmfields this property offers spectacular views of wildlife. Deer can often be seen from the enclosed rear patio. The front patio offers beautiful views of the sunset. There is a well equipped kitchen and also an outdoor patio with grill and fire pit for cooking out. A large pond is available for fishing. Indoors there are two smart tv's and free wifi. Close to Ashland university, Rockin T Ranch, and Dragway 42. Great place for a little peace and quite. The space Our home is close to many great attractions. Dragway 42 is less than 10 min. away and Summit motorsport park is 40 min. away. We also have parking for a car/ boat trailer. Cedar point and Lake Eire are about an hour away. Grandpa's cheese barn is within 20 min. like Ashland University. We are close to Findley park for hiking and boating.Along the roads you'll find many Amish stands selling fresh fruits and vegetables, baskets and other hand made items. And don't forget to tour the Mansfield Reformatory where shawshank redemption was filmed. Guest access Guest will have use of the entire home except for the garage. Feel free to walk around the fields or back to the orchard. Fireplaces are not available for use. Other things to note UPDATE: We now have rural water instead of well water. Those of you who have stayed with us previously will appreciate the difference. Our property is trailer friendly if your visiting Dragway 42, Summit Motorsport Park, or Rockin T Ranch. We are minutes away from Rockin T Ranch and Dragway 42. UPDATE 2: We have added 2 minisplit units for additional heating and cooling comfort.
