La Hacienda sits along the popular South Beach corridor, a region highly celebrated for its quiet atmosphere and pristine sandy beaches. Spacious Bedrooms and Layout With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, Casa Julieta features an exceptionally spacious layout that is ideal for hosting big groups of 10 to 12 guests comfortably. Conveniently located right next to the kitchen area is a large dining table with plenty of seating for enjoying family-style meals and socializing together. Spectacular Rooftop Deck One of the absolute best features of this home is the expansive rooftop lounge deck. The rooftop is specifically set up for outdoor entertaining and features a dedicated barbecue grill and an outdoor sink area. It serves as an amazing vantage point to take in the breathtaking, unobstructed views of the blue ocean and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze during sunrise or sunset. Secure La Hacienda Community Access To ensure maximum security and privacy during your stay, the community requires an electronic card for front gate access. Upon your arrival, a 50 dollar cash security deposit is required for the gate access card. On your departure day, this 50 dollar deposit will be 100 percent fully refunded to you as soon as the card is safely returned at check-out. Important Rental Rules and Policies Please note that this specific property does not include community swimming pool access. Guests must provide all of their own needed towels for this rental. Personal towels for bathing, beach trips, and general use are not supplied at the property, so please be sure to pack accordingly.
