The space Bourgeois villa of late nineteenth century completely renovated with a contemporary extension, with careful decoration. Its 180 m2, which can accommodate 8 people, consists of 4 spacious bedrooms with dressing room (new bedding), a cathedral living/dining room, a separate kitchen, a 2nd reading room with 2nd TV overlooking an equipped terrace, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. 3 enclosed parking lots including 2 in a closed garage. A ramp along the villa coming from the garage will allow you to access it without difficulty. Guest access Entire house except a closed cellar and a storage room. Other things to note Arrival at the premises from 5 PM, departure before 11:00 am. Parking spaces inside the property. Wifi Fiber free. Non smoking house inside. Pets not allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided for a small fee of €12 per traveller. These linens will be given, upon prior request, when entering the accommodation for the entire duration of the stay. In addition, the mattress covers, pillows, duvets, bath mats and for the kitchen the hand towels and tea towels will be provided free of charge.
