This 3 bed, 2 bath condo is perfect for any type of adventurer! You’ll appreciate the Moab character that is placed throughout the condo for you and up to 7 people to enjoy. You can’t beat the location, it’s right next to some of the best jeeping and side by side trails, as well as lots of hiking trails. You’ll be about a 7 minute drive from Moab’s main street, which has the bulk of Moab’s eateries and shops! This condo has a total of 4 beds-- 3 queens and a twin rollaway. It also has the convenience of a washer/dryer in unit, 2 TVs with local cable, and wifi so you can stay connected if you need to, a private patio, and a propane BBQ grill. Solano Vallejo has an outdoor seasonal pool that you can use as much as you would like. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool. Towels, linens, bedding, cookware and soap are all included in your stay, so feel free to pack light! You also get your own one car garage, which is perfect for storing bikes or any other outdoor toys that you’ll be using during your stay. No pets are allowed in this unit. In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking.
