You’ll appreciate the Moab character that is placed throughout the condo for you and up to 7 people to enjoy. You can’t beat the location, it’s right next to some of the best jeeping and side by side trails, as well as lots of hiking trails. You’ll be about a 7 minute drive from Moab’s main street, which has the bulk of Moab’s eateries and shops! This condo has a total of 4 beds-- 3 queens and a twin rollaway. It also has the convenience of a washer/dryer in unit, 2 TVs with local cable, and wifi so you can stay connected if you need to, a private patio, and a propane BBQ grill. Solano Vallejo has an outdoor seasonal pool that you can use as much as you would like. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool. Towels, linens, bedding, cookware and soap are all included in your stay, so feel free to pack light! You also get your own one car garage, which is perfect for storing bikes or any other outdoor toys that you’ll be using during your stay. No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. Guest access All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
