Well-decorated ground-floor apartment, located in the prestigious Golfemar Club, just a 6-minute drive from downtown Carvoeiro and a 5-minute drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. The space The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of them en-suite, and all equipped with built-in wardrobes. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. The property also consists of a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining room with marble fireplace and television with several channels. The outdoor space comprises a terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area overlooking the village. The apartment is also equipped with double glazed windows, electric blinds, air conditioning, television and wi-fi internet. From November to March, the cost of electricity is charged extra to the customer. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, namely the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room, kitchen, entrance hall and terrace. You can enjoy the swimming pool (subject to conditions) and the condominium gardens. The village has several parking spaces common to all guests. Other things to note Beach towels included. For reasons of force majeure, we will not be able to accept reservations from guests attending festivals. Please check the conditions for using the common pool in the house rules. Please let us know if you need an extra bed, travel crib or high chair for your baby, so we can leave them at the property for your arrival. Subject to an additional cost.
