We are 7-night minimum stay during July and August with check in/out on Sat only. Our calendar is up to date and we are currently taking requests for off season winter renters beginning in Feb 2025. Our property is in a prime location at the beginning of Hampton Beach with parking, outdoor patio & grill, laundry, just steps away from the beach & restaurants, yet tucked away from the busy main strip. Entire house, 1 level, must be able to climb 5 stairs to enter. Full size kitchen w/dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and Keurig. We provide essentials to start your stay—toilet paper, paper towels, tissues and some hand and kitchen towels. Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, trash bags and basic cleaning supplies are also provided. For our longer term guests, we ask you to supply extra essentials. Linen packages are available at an extra cost and start at $150 for a 3 to 7 night stay. All beds come with 4 pillows, 1 mattress cover and 1 quilt. Extra blankets are available. Towels are provided for 6 guests. Our outdoor space has a backyard patio with seating for 6, gas grill and gas fire pit. Our front porch seats 4 and is a refreshing way to start your morning in the outdoor air! Whole house access 4-car off street parking We are available when needed. Always available by phone or text. If we cannot be available, we will supply you with an alternate contact. We are walking distance —2 blocks—to Wally’s, the Goat and L Street Tavern and around the corner from Christie’s Pizza on the south side of 1A. We are 2/10 of a mile walk to the beach and close to public restrooms. Because of our close proximity to the Hampton Beach Strip, guests can walk easily to the beach and attractions. Should guests need wheelchair or other accessories, please contact us directly for rental information. We have off-street parking for 4 car’s comfortably. Central A/C, heated, laundry on premise.
