Shopping and dining are 10 minutes away. Catawba Valley Medical Center is an 11 minute drive. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, the back deck, covered parking, and the back yard. Other things to note 2 flat-screen tvs are in the home; one in the living room, and one in the front bedroom. The fireplace in the living room is not functional. This home is pet friendly for your spayed or neutered dog. A pet fee of $15.00 per night, per pet, will be applied. Contact us for longer stays, as the amount may be discounted. We love pets, but reserve the right to refuse any animal that seems as though it will not be a fit for this home. For stays that are longer than 30 days, we will need access to the home to replace the HVAC filters. We will contact you to arrange a time during normal business hours.
