The apt. is full of interesting art and fabric shapes, it is not just comfortable, but up lifting. Its a 1 bedroom with king size bed. The layout of the apt is open. Flowing from kitchen to dinning area to living room with washer/dryer, smart TVs, Wifi, everything you need. You have your own private patio. The large luscious shared garden with a beautiful salt water pool / spa , seating areas and lounge chairs is shared. You are walking distance to town and inter coastal water. The space We take great care of making the space safe and clean. I love creating spaces that feel good that have a healing vibe and at the same time are very Comfi and practical It’s a beautiful space with high ceilings I am a renown artist and decorated with my fabric art and paintings. We only use environmentally friendly cleaning supplies The garden is amazing and unusually large with a salt water pool with spa. The spa can be heated. The pool is not heated, it can be heated for a daily charge of $75, the spa is free to heat. The pool and garden are shared with the other 2 short term rentals in the house. There are 3 apt in the building. A one bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apt. This one bedroom apt does not have a garden view. You are very close to town a walk away from the beach You have the best of both worlds about 660 square feet living space And this apt has no view of the garden But your separate outdoor seating area off the glas sliding door in the kitchen If you bring your pet you have to let me know. There is a $50 fee , if you are more than 2 people I will charge a daily fee for the extra people please let me know before hand thank you The pool is not automatically heated, the spa is included for you to heat anytime you want if you would like to heat the pool there is a $50 gas fee. I takes about a day to heat the pool the gas fee starts when we turn the heater on. We are in the tropics it is normal to have some bugs in the apt.
