The space Make your way up the sunny front porch steps and check yourself in using the easy keyless August lock and be greeted with a bright, modern home with everything you could need for a relaxing couples retreat. The spacious lounge is the perfect place to unwind with a lovely sitting area and a large chaise lounge where you can enjoy a movie on the big screen or catch up on all your favorite shows with access to streaming apps. Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the wrap-around kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need. You’ll have access to quality appliances, a coveted coffee machine, a blender for your morning smoothies, and even a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up. Serve up your meals in the dining room by the warm fireplace with additional seating up at the breakfast bar or if you don’t feel like cooking, treat yourself to a night out with restaurants only minutes away. There are three generous bedrooms within the home with each offering quality beds topped in soft, quality linen for a restful night’s sleep along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The master features a wall-mounted smart TV, a deskspace to catch up on work, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and a sparkling vanity. Bedroom two is filled with two full-size beds and a reading chair while bedroom three is perfect for couples with a full-size bunk and a futon sleeper sofa for an additional guest. The two bedrooms share the central modern bathroom with a relaxing bath, an overhead shower, and a lavish dual vanity with an LED-lit mirror and plenty of soft fluffy towels. Guests also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer along with complimentary detergent making the home perfect for long or seasonal stays. On a sunny day, slide open the glass doors and step out onto the screened-in porch filled with comfortable seating giving you a breezy indoor/outdoor space to enjoy in any weather. Fire up the BBQ out in the yard for a lunch with a view then relax up on the sunbed as you take in the sunset over the mountains with unobstructed views across the horizon. When it starts to cool down, sit around the fire pit surrounded by lush palms and watch the town light up at night – the perfect way to end each day in paradise. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee, and access to a washing machine and dryer. NO ACCESS TO MAILBOX. All mail and packages must be delivered directly to the house. The mailbox is locked and you won't be able to retrieve any deliveries. The community of Canyon Lake is a private, secured HOA, with a guard station at every entrance. Visitors will receive access via the visitor app to enter the property. Other things to note The house driveway is steep but is quite manageable if you take your time. You will get used to it after a few days. The yard is not fully fenced and could be a hazard for young children and pets. The front door and backyard are fitted with a Ring security camera system for your peace of mind and mine. There is NO working fireplace.
