Walking access to trails & lake boat rentals (motorized and paddle) and horse rentals nearby. Head East to Tahoe, Gold Country and explore the wine country or head west toward San Francisco. Private room, living room, kitchenette, dining area. The Casita is for adults and children 15+. 20% grade driveway to walk down AND stairs up to unit The space Everything you need to relax and stay in to write or read, study and relax inside. 2 beach chairs and beach towels provided. Folsom Lake Beach and Trails access down the street a few houses. ONE Parking spot on concrete pad shared with Casa guests. This is for vehicles sized up to a medium sized SUV such as a “Toyota sequoia”. More parking at local shopping center. Driveway has ~20% slope down And Stairs up to Casita. Wifi available Smart TV, bring login for your TV apps No cable Guest access Lockbox with key into Casita. The entry way has a secured glass window between the casa and casita. Noise transfers easily in this area please keep noise down. Casita has its own living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Lake access by foot via the park entrance down the street. Main house and garage are not included unless rented separately. Other things to note If you need more space, check out Casa d'Amore which is the Main House. the Casita sits over/above Casita has ONE parking spot for a normal sized vehicle. Medium sized suv such as a Toyota Sequoia. Large trucks and supersized suvs will not fit. There is extra parking at the local shipping center.
