Enjoy your morning coffee & watch the sunrise with amazing open lake views into Canada from every window. Bring your boat, ATV or snowmobile for excellent fishing & recreation ALL year long. Large sloping lawn on lake side from house to the waters edge. Excellent frontage for swimming in the summer or ice fishing & snowmobiling in the winter, easy walk in lake access. The space Private waterfront home on the shore of East Grand Lake in Danforth, ME. With 1 acre on the water and another 1 acre across the street with additional parking and a private trail to the main ATV/Snowmobile trail, our home offers all you'll need to enjoy the great Maine outdoors. Our unique home consists of 2 floors offering plenty of space to spread out. Each floor consists of almost identical layouts - One bedroom with queen bed, one bathroom with stall shower - washer & dryer, kitchen, dining table with seating for 6 and living room with queen pullout sofa bed on the main floor. The ground level consists of one bedroom with a twin bed, bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and twin on the top, half bathroom with sink and toilet, full size futon, reclining sofa, pub height table with seating for 6 and a bar featuring an additional fridge and sink. We offer a variety of amenities to our guests; Board games, puzzles, cards etc. Kids pool table Wii gaming console Starlink Wi-Fi 3 TVs with fire sticks to stream movies and TV shows Lawn games, including corn hole Hammock Picnic table Ring floats 3 Kayaks (1 double & 2 singles) 16ft. A photo ID is required to rent this house and must be sent to the property owners within 7 days of booking. We are dog friendly for up to 2 dogs with an additional fee of $125 total for your stay.
