This charming duplex house decorated in the spirit of the Bassin d'Arcachon is located in a quiet area of Arès, 5 minutes' walk from the shops of the city center and 10 minutes' bike ride from the port and St Brice beach overlooking the bird island. With a private green terrace of 30 m2, you can have lunch or relax without being overlooked. Ideal accommodation for discovering the region: ocean beaches 20 minutes away, Phare du Ferret 35 minutes away, Bordeaux and Arcachon 1 hour away, Mérignac airport 45 minutes away... The space This small duplex house of 28m2 is composed of: - on the ground floor, a living room with a 3-seater sofa bed, a wall-mounted TV and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, - a dining area overlooking an equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, built-in microwave, induction hob, range hood, fridge, blender, beater, kitchen scale, raclette machine for two, dishes and cooking utensils...), - a bathroom including a corner basin with a mirror, a shower and a toilet, - upstairs on the mezzanine, an open bedroom with a double bed in 140 x 190 cm, a closet closet, a dresser, an internet TV (Orange TV service with replay) and a Blu-Ray DVD player, - a beautiful vegetated and gated private terrace (southwest facing), without opposite and quiet (30 m²). In order to enjoy this space, we provide a table with 4 garden chairs, a bench box, 2 sunbeds, 1 umbrella, a bike rack and a high-end Weber charcoal barbecue with accessories. This terrace is set in the cabin spirit of Cap Ferret. - all the equipment necessary for the maintenance of the accommodation (cordless broom vacuum cleaner, broom, mop and bucket, cleaning products...), - a small lockable surf shelter including a washer and a storage space for a bike and your beach belongings, etc., - Free parking space on the street. The accommodation is adjoining, but it is totally quiet, independent and private. It is located in the driveway of a residential area. The house benefits from an ideal equipment for two people. You will benefit from permanent wi-fi access (fiber). A little extra: - an adult bike, with a basket for your groceries, will be made available free of charge during your stay. It should be noted that breakage repairs during use will remain at your expense so that the following tenants can benefit from a working bike. You are also responsible in the event of theft in the event that you do not use the lock at your disposal. - an umbrella bed with mattress, baby high chair, baby dishes, baby linen on request. - basic products made available to facilitate the beginning of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, oil/vinegar, salt/pepper, sugar, honey, tea, herbal teas, Nespresso pods, basic groceries... We will ask you to replace everything that will be consumed during your stay so that the following tenants can find the same grocery store as when you arrived. - a small welcome basket. - board games, children's books, novels are available to enhance your stay. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire place and terrace. Other things to note # IMPORTANT # The fees charged include: cleaning at the end of your stay, the provision of sheets (bed from the mezzanine room made on arrival for 2 people), towels, a bath mat and tea towels for your entire stay. Attention, if you want us to prepare the sofa bed extra and you are still 2 people, we will have to charge an additional €20 for this. Please let us know at the time of booking.
