Note that our pool is shut down for winterization every year from mid-October through sometime in May so it is not available for guests during this period. This listing is for the estate house and does NOT include the carriage house behind the property, which is rented out separately. If your group has more than 16 guests, please inquire if the carriage house rental is available. Guest access Guests have access to the pool area when operational, it is winterized October-May, and guests have access to to the courtyard off of the kitchen where the all new custom made Diamond Spa stainless steel Jacuzzi tub sits protected from the elements under a Gazebo and is open for guests year round!
