The Prairie Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It’s the perfect location if you are enjoying an event at our venue next door. Whether a country dance or a wedding of a friend or family member or just a country get away this is a great house to host a good size group. Or book an entire family reunion by booking the house and our venue which sleeps 30 guests. 4 1/2 acres of beautiful prairie hills and prairie skies. Come stay with us. The space The whole house is accessible to our guests as well as a serene 4 1/2 acres with trees and quiet walking areas. The patio in the front yard offers a quiet space for eating and lounging and enjoying scenic views. We do have a propane grill and charcoal grill and a pellet stove. We do not supply the pellets or charcoal or propane. There is a bottle of propane that is filled once a year by us. It is up to guests to fill it if they choose to use it and it is empty.
