Cottage in Hampton Bays

Private cottage with own parking space. Quiet neighborhood located on dead end street. Private backyard with gas grill and a patio. Hard wood floors throughout salvaged from an old barn. Cozy and quaint atmosphere. Approximately 1 mile to ocean and less than a mile to bay. We welcome small dogs for a $50 fee. Please message us with the size and type. The space The cottage was the original home on the property and when we built the new home we moved it to the back of the property for a guest cottage. The wood floors in the living room, kitchen and bathroom are from a salvaged barn in Vermont and the wood floors in the bedroom are a local pine that had fallen. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room with doors to separate the two rooms. The bathroom is off the bedroom.
