Only 5 mins to Redwood forest, its location provides convenient access to an abundance of outdoor activities amid some of the finest natural landscapes in Victoria. The space The entire property is all yours to explore but the guest favourite is the large wrap around deck at the front of the home, offering the perfect spot to relax and relish the breath-taking surroundings. At the rear is a paved entertainment area with a modern gas BBQ and pergola Step inside this spacious two-level home, featuring three generous bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasts incredible valley views on two sides and provides direct access to the decking. From the comfort of your bed, you can admire beautiful mountain views, while the master ensuite boasts a large spa bath. The fully equipped timber kitchen includes ample cupboards, a gas cooktop, and a delightful breakfast bench, adjacent to the cozy lounge with a crackling open fire (lots of wood supplied !). The dining area, complete with a mini bar, is an inviting space for entertaining. Downstairs, a fantastic rumpus room awaits with a pool table and a massive bar - yes, there are two bars in this home! This dedicated short stay property grants you exclusive access to the vast 3,122m2 property. The property boasts gardens throughout and plenty of garden paths, private sitting areas and serene views. As dog lovers ourselves, we welcome dogs but kindly request that they refrain from using the furniture. We have dog beds, bowls etc and a secure fenced penned area in the backyard if you want to leave for a while at the property. For days spent indoors, there are numerous entertainment options, including a pool table, three large smart TVs with access to Netflix, Disney, Kayo, You Tube Music Premium, over 600 DVDs, puzzles, books, games, stereo, CDs, records, an arcade table with 3,500 games, a dartboard, hookey board, a video game console with various games, basic gym weights, an exercise bike, and of course very good Wi Fi! For those that like music, we have a high quality but very original retro music system. If you like using tapes, CD's and records and equalizing the sounds etc, you are welcome to use our system. A few guests use it to put their old records on to their computers. Accommodation-wise, all three bedrooms feature heated queen-sized beds. Downstairs, there's a double sofa bed and four single mattresses available upon request. We have had a few running and cycling groups sleep up to 16 people but it is tight. The property offers ample parking, including a carport and a double garage. Additionally, you can take a leisurely walk to the Yarra River and The Red Wood Forest plus explore countless trails in the vicinity. We have maps of most of the trails should you wish. Guest access You have access to the entire property Other things to note Note: The homes comes with all the linen, basic toiletries and kitchen items, wood for the open fire etc. This is a new property for us from early Jan 2022, the photos are from the sales campaign (so some aspects will be slightly different). The property came with a lot of the same furniture etc. Anything else we needed, we have brought new (like mattresses, linen, kitchen items, air conditioners etc). We will continue to improve the property as time goes on. Its not luxurious but extremely clean, functional and has an incredible sense of peace and tranquillity with no close neighbours. It was owner built about 35 years ago and we are the second owners. We love the rustic appeal and brought this for a little getaway as the location is brilliant !
