The space 5 comfortable sleeping areas for a sleep total of 18! *** TWO KING BEDS! *** 🛏 King Bed - Main level master. 🛏 King Bed - Upper level master. 🛏 2 Queen Beds - Upper level loft. 🛏 2 Twin-over-Full bunk beds (sleeps 6) - Upper level bunk room. 🛏 2 queen sleeper sofas - Main level family room. ✔️Full bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and the private master suite features a jacuzzi & tiled shower. ✔️ Large dining table comfortably seats 10 and the granite island - bar area seats 4. 🔋 GOOD NEWS – We have an EV / Electric Vehicle (Tesla) charging option. It is a 220v / 50 amp RV outlet located at end of driveway. EV Charging Service is $100 /week. ⚡️ IMPORTANT: - Guest must bring a 220v adapter plug (4 prong). - Outlet is turned OFF until the service is requested. - EV Charging Service is added after booking is completed. Guest access Long & wide driveway provides many parking slots. Door access code automatically emailed a few days before check-in (last 4 of your mobile#). A Ring Audio/Video Doorbell is located at the front door. It is the only security device on the property and ONLY records audio and/or video at the front entry "OUTSIDE" of the house. Other things to note CHILD SAFETY - The upper level loft area is not suitably safe for young children.  We strongly recommend adult supervision.  Please use your discretion. CLEANING - Stays nine (9) days & longer will require weekly cleanings at the current per stay rate. NOTE - Internet, power, weather conditions, etc cannot be guaranteed (please consider travel insurance). No loud noise, large gatherings, or events of non-registered guests at any time. Reminder - The reservation must match the amount of guest count at all times. No smoking or vaping on the property.
