"Fleur de Sel" - House on a white sandy beach

It is a semi detached one storey house, right on the beach with one of the most beautiful lagoon of the island in front of you. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Ideal house for holidays with family or friends. Each bedroom has its ensuite bathroom. 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs. Can fit 6 adults and 2 children max. Maid included 6/7 (exc public holidays). The space The house is a semi detached one storey house of 200 meter square. There is a small backyard garden where you can park your car as well as a big open terrace. At ground floor, there is a large open space living / dining opening on the beach. The kitchen has an opening on the dining room and there is also a bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom as well as a small laundry. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning. The house is fully equipped and has optic fibre / smart TV Guest access The whole house is yours - It's completely private. It is in a small family compound - We all use the same gate from the street to get in but once inside, each house has its own entrance / privacy. Other things to note A maid comes everyday (except sundays and public holidays) for 3 hours. She can prepare local meals for an extra Rs 400 / meal (+/- Euro 8 ) Please note there is a tourist tax of Euro 3 per day, per person (12 yrs +) to be paid as from the 1st October 2025. Please note this amount is not included in the rent and needs to be paid in cash upon arrival.
