Beautiful country hideaway, centrally-located and peaceful. Your area is completely private with a private entry, consisting of Bedroom, Den/Office, private walk-in shower, living/dining room w locked door into the owner's area. Large fenced area for up to two dogs. Jumbo crate provided inside for pets. Country roads for walking or jogging. Conveniently located near historic cedar ken, popular natural springs, fishing, hiking and camping spots. Gainesville and Gulf of Mexico are a short drive. The space Six acres of peaceful country living. Rooms are spacious and there is room for two people to stay there comfortably. The Den/Office also contains a microwave and a minifridge for your convenience, along with a coffee station for your morning wake up. Your walk-in shower is large, and there are plenty of shelves for shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The living room has a couch and reading chair across from a 50" TV for your entertainment. Dining room has a small round dining table for your convenience. Guest access When you come in the front door, you will see the dining area to your right and the living room to your left. There is a hallway from the dining area to the bedroom. The bathroom is halfway down the hall. Next to the bedroom is a room that contains your closet, a table that can be used as a desk, a microwave and minifridge, and a coffee station with all the fixin's. Your area is very much like a studio apartment. During your stay I'm always available if you need something. You can either call me are text me by cell phone, or ring the door bell on the kitchen door. I believe my guests all need their privacy, so you won't see me unless you need me. Other things to note I am retired from 21 years at the UF Vet Med Teaching Hospital. Staying in my home will be very much like staying at a Motel. You come and go as you please and only see me when you have questions or need something. I have an Anatolian Shepherd that serves as my service dog, but you will probably never see her (unless you want to). All pets must be crated while inside. There is a pet fee for uncrated pets. I have made every effort to make your stay with me as comfortable as possible, and look forward to meeting you soon.
